Free Services. SFDC may make Free Services available to You. Use of Free Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Section 2.2 (Free Services) and any other portion of this Agreement, this section shall control. Please note that Free Services are provided to you without charge up to certain limits as described in the Documentation. Usage over these limits requires your purchase of additional resources or services. You agree that SFDC, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your access to the Free Services or any part thereof. You agree that any termination of your access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and you agree that SFDC will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination. You are solely responsible for exporting Your Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Your access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if We terminate your account, except as required by law We will provide you a reasonable opportunity to retrieve Your Data. NOTWITHSTANDING SECTIONS 9 (REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND DISCLAIMERS) AND 10.1 (INDEMNIFICATION BY US), THE FREE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND SFDC SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE FREE SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SFDC AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO YOU THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE FREE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) YOUR USE OF THE FREE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERROR, AND (C) USAGE DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE FREE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN SECTION 11.1 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), YOU SHALL BE FULLY LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO SFDC AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE FREE SERVICES, ANY BREACH BY YOU OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY OF YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
Free Services i. The policy of free services shall be applicable to all patients as per present policy of the State government. Free services will be provided to all such patients eligible for free services as per guidelines of the DoHFW. These patients will be referred by the MSVP of the Medical College/Superintendent of the DH/SDH/SGH/SSH recommending for free services with the required hospital prescription of the concerned patients. The EOM partner shall undertake the CT Scan as prescribed by the concerned Doctor without charging any amount from such referred patient.
ii. Patients receiving such free services should be provided with full 100 % free services i.e. no amount can be collected from such referred patients.
iii. For the purpose of referral of government cases the hospital authority will issues Vouchers in fixed format as approved by DoHFW. The vouchers will be issued by the head of the institutions or his/her authorized representatives .The vouchers will be preserved by the PPP partners after conducting the Dialysis sessions. The copy of such vouchers is to be produced along with other necessary documents to the hospital authority while producing claim for payment against free cases.
iv. No partner shall refuse cases referred as “free” by the competent authorities of the Hospital as hospital authorities will make payments for all such cases to the Private Service Provider on monthly basis and on production of xxxx.
v. The EOM partner shall keep relevant record for such free services (e.g photocopy of prescription). The monthly information system shall include necessary details of free services provided during the month. Also the same documents have to be uploaded in the approved software of the department.
vi. The RKS/ Accounts Section of the concerned hospital shall reimburse the cost for such free services to the EOM partner on monthly basis on submission of required documents as per existing Government Order.
vii. Monitoring of implementation of the policy on free services shall be undertaken by the authorized personnel of RKS.
viii. The selected EOM (CAPEX by Partner) partner will have to pay concession fee to the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the concerned hospital in each quarter. The concession fee will be the fixed amount or 20% of the gross revenue earned from both government and private cases in each quarter or a fixed amount in each quarter whichever is higher.

Customer agrees that PCS, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate Customer’s access to the Free Services or any part thereof. Customer agrees that any termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and Customer agrees that PCS will not be liable to Customer or any third party for such termination. Customer is solely responsible for exporting Customer Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if PCS terminates Customer’s account, except as required by law PCS will provide Customer a reasonable opportunity to retrieve its Customer Data.
Free Services. The User Account creation and all features made accessible by default upon registration online are free to use. Reveal reserves the right to change this principle of gratuity at any time. In such a context, Reveal will notify each Customer who has consented to this GTC of its new pricing policy, which will be effective at the end of the second month following the notification. (Example: notification on 10 June 2020, entry into force on 1 September 2020). This notification will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer. Upon receipt, the Customer will benefit from a one-month reflection period at the end of which it must confirm to Reveal, by return of email, that it agrees to the pricing policy. In the absence of such consent, this Contract shall be considered terminated on the date of entry into force of the new pricing policy.
Free Services. (a) We are not obligated to finally release any version of the Free Services. You will report to Us unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Your internal performance evaluation of the Free Services in accordance with the use guidelines and restrictions set forth in Section 1.6 above.
(b) For Free Services that are features or functionality included in a paid subscription for which We no longer charge or which We offer to You at no charge, the Subscription Period for the Free Services continues as long as We make the features or functionality available to You.
(c) We may, at Our discretion provide Free Services to You before, during or after Your paid subscription to Cloud Services, and subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this Section 12, any use is subject to the terms of this Agreement then in effect as long as the Free Services are made available to You.
(d) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Section 12, any updates or end- user assistance provided for Free Services may be provided at Our sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time.
(e) We may elect, at Our sole discretion, to discontinue certain Free Services or particular features of the Free Services at any time (“Free Services Termination”). Free Services are specifically excluded from the End-of-Life-Policy. Instead, We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice to You of a Free Services Termination. Upon the effective date of a Free Services Termination, Your right to use the Free Services automatically expires, and You agree to discontinue all use, and destroy any copies, of the Free Services, as applicable
(f) We have no obligation to retain any Customer Data or other information submitted or collected through the Evaluation Products or Free Services. We may delete any Customer Data and other information at Our own discretion and without prior notice to You.
Free Services. The Contract is concluded for an unlimited period.
Free Services. The Customer who has subscribed to the Free Services can legally terminate the Contract, at any time and immediately after notifying Reveal by email. Such termination shall become effective at the end of the second month following the date of notification (Example: notification by email on 4 August 2020, Contract expiry on 1 November 2020).

Customer agrees that Builder, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate Customer’s access to the Free Services or any part thereof. Customer agrees that any termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and Customer agrees that Builder will not be liable to Customer or any third party for such termination. Customer is solely responsible for exporting Customer Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if Builder terminates Customer’s account, except as required by law Builder will provide Customer a reasonable opportunity to retrieve its Customer Data. Builder’s indemnity does not apply to use of Free Services.
Free Services. (a) McAfee is not obligated to finally release any version of the Free Services. Company will report to McAfee unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services. Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Company’s internal performance evaluation of the Free Services.
(b) For Free Services that are features or functionality included in a paid subscription for which McAfee no longer charges or which McAfee offers to Company at no charge, the Subscription Period for the Free Services continues as long as McAfee makes the features or functionality available to Company.
(c) McAfee may, at its discretion provide Free Services to Company before, during or after Company’s paid subscription to Cloud Services,
(d) Any updates or end-user assistance provided for Free Services are provided at McAfee’s sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time.
(e) McAfee may elect, at its sole discretion, to discontinue certain Free Services or particular features of the Free Services at any time (Free Services Termination). Free Services are specifically excluded from McAfee’s End-of-Life-Policy. Instead, McAfee will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice to Company of a Free Services Termination.
(f) McAfee has no obligation to retain any Company Data or other Company information submitted or collected through the Free Services. McAfee may delete any Company Data and other Company information at its own discretion and without prior notice to Company.
Free Services. Smartsheet may make a Service available with a clear and conspicuous written notice specifying that the Service is provided free of charge, on a trial basis and/or to be used at your own risk (“Free Services”). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Free Services are made available without any support, maintenance, warranty, commitment to availability, security, or accuracy, or other related obligation of any kind under this Agreement, unless otherwise required by applicable law; (b) Free Services may not include or allow access to all features and functionality available to paying customers; (c) Smartsheet may terminate the use of a Free Service at any time, unless otherwise specified in writing, and Smartsheet will not be liable for such termination; (d) data, information, and content submitted to a Free Service may be permanently lost, and Smartsheet will not be liable for such loss; and (e) if Customer has not provided a billing address to Smartsheet in connection with its access to and use of Free Services, all notices required under this Agreement will be sent via email.
