Free Services. PCS may make Free Services available to Customer. Use of Free Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this section and any other portion of this Agreement, this section shall control. Free Services may be provided to Customer without charge up to certain limits as described in the Documentation. Usage over these limits would require Customer’s purchase of additional resources or services. Customer agrees that PCS, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate Customer’s access to the Free Services or any part thereof. Customer agrees that any termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and Customer agrees that PCS will not be liable to Customer or any third party for such termination. Customer is solely responsible for exporting Customer Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if PCS terminates Customer’s account, except as required by law PCS will provide Customer a reasonable opportunity to retrieve its Customer Data. NOTWITHSTANDING THE “REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND DISCLAIMERS” SECTION AND “INDEMNIFICATION BY PCS” SECTION BELOW, THE FREE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND PCS SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS NOR LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE WITH RESPECT TO THE FREE SERVICES UNLESS SUCH EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IS NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN WHICH CASE PCS’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE FREE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED GBP 1,000.00. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PCS AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO CUSTOMER THAT: (A) CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE FREE SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS, (B) CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE FREE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERROR, AND (C) USAGE DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE FREE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE “LIMITATION OF LIABILITY” SECTION BELOW, CUSTOMER SHALL BE FULLY LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO PCS AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE FREE SERVICES, ANY BREACH BY CUSTOMER OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY OF CUSTOMER’S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
Free Services i. The policy of free services shall be applicable to all patients as per present policy of the State government. Free services will be provided to all such patients eligible for free services as per guidelines of the DoHFW. These patients will be referred by the MSVP of the Medical College/Superintendent of the DH/SDH/SGH/SSH recommending for free services with the required hospital prescription of the concerned patients.
Free Services. The User Account creation and all features made accessible by default upon registration online are free to use. Reveal reserves the right to change this principle of gratuity at any time. In such a context, Reveal will notify each Customer who has consented to this GTC of its new pricing policy, which will be effective at the end of the second month following the notification. (Example: notification on 10 June 2020, entry into force on 1 September 2020). This notification will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer. Upon receipt, the Customer will benefit from a one-month reflection period at the end of which it must confirm to Reveal, by return of email, that it agrees to the pricing policy. In the absence of such consent, this Contract shall be considered terminated on the date of entry into force of the new pricing policy.
Free Services. (a) We are not obligated to finally release any version of the Free Services. You will report to Us unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Your internal performance evaluation of the Free Services in accordance with the use guidelines and restrictions set forth in Section 1.6 above.
Free Services. The Contract is concluded for an unlimited period.
Free Services. The Customer who has subscribed to the Free Services can legally terminate the Contract, at any time and immediately after notifying Reveal by email. Such termination shall become effective at the end of the second month following the date of notification (Example: notification by email on 4 August 2020, Contract expiry on 1 November 2020).

Company will report to McAfee unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services. Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Company’s internal performance evaluation of the Free Services.

Customer is solely responsible for exporting Customer Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if Builder terminates Customer’s account, except as required by law Builder will provide Customer a reasonable opportunity to retrieve its Customer Data. Builder’s indemnity does not apply to use of Free Services.

In the event of a conflict between this Section 2.2 (Free Services) and any other portion of this Agreement, this section shall control. Please note that Free Services are provided to you without charge up to certain limits as described in the Documentation. Usage over these limits requires your purchase of additional resources or services. You agree that MIRAGE, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your access to the Free Services or any part thereof. You agree that any termination of your access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and you agree that MIRAGE will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination. You are solely responsible for exporting Your Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Your access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if We terminate your account, except as required by law We will provide you a reasonable opportunity to retrieve Your Data.
