Common use of Private Service Clause in Contracts

Private Service. The Contractor may, but is not required to, include as an item on each Customer's xxxx an amount payable to the Contractor for the collection, transportation, and disposal of Private Service waste. The Contractor shall retain all amounts collected from each Customer pursuant to this Section 6.2. Alternatively, the Contractor may xxxx each Customer separately for Private Service.
