Common use of Privileged Licenses, Licenses and Permits Clause in Contracts

Privileged Licenses, Licenses and Permits. If any governmental license or permit is required for the proper and lawful conduct of TSA’s services to be carried on in or at the Customers premises, or if a failure to procure such a license or permit might or would in any way affect the operations of the Customer, then TSA, at its cost, will duly procure and thereafter maintain such license or permit and deliver the same for inspection by Customer within a reasonable amount of time. TSA will at all times comply with the requirements of each such license or permit.
