Common use of Pro Rata Bonus Clause in Contracts

Pro Rata Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to a pro rata bonus in an amount determined under the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan, payable at the same time as executive bonuses are paid generally under the applicable Company bonus plan, but in no event later than March 15 of the year following the year in which the termination occurs.

Pro Rata Bonus.
