Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
Goods For purposes of the Contract, all things which are movable at the time that the Contract is effective and which include, without limiting this definition, supplies, materials and equipment, as specified in the Invitation to Bid and set forth in Exhibit A.
Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Sales On the settlement date for a sale, Bank will credit the Cash Account with the proceeds of the sale and transfer the relevant Financial Assets to an account at the Bank pending settlement of the trade where not already delivered.
Wholesaler Also referred to as Vendor, Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor, or Prime Vendor, is a business that functions as a purchaser’s source of distribution for a wide array of pharmaceutical and related Products as identified by the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility. A Wholesaler is responsible for maintaining and distributing an Adequate Supply of pharmaceuticals and related Products and any other items contracted for that are dispensed through the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities’ pharmacy service.
