Probation and Parole Officers. by seniority, shall be the first notified to volunteer to provide security for Department of Corrections’ offenders requiring secure supervision as determined by management. Probation and Parole Officers shall receive overtime or compensatory time before the Department utilizes the services from other security agencies within the Department of Corrections, sheriff departments, police departments or other security entities. A phone call, whether answered or not, constitutes notification.
