PROBATION GUIDELINES. 6.2.1 As noted in 6.1, each employee who has been newly hired by the District is required to serve an initial probationary period. After successfully completing the probationary period, the employee may hold his/her position as long as he/she satisfactorily performs the required duties of the classification. In-service training which will contribute to success on the job shall be provided for each incoming employee.
