Probationary Recommendations. Sixty (60) days or more before the close of each school year, the principal will file a written report to the Superintendent, thereby making a recommendation to the Superintendent for each probationary teacher. A copy thereof will be placed in the teacher's personnel file. Prior to the Board's decision to discharge a probationary teacher, upon request, said teacher may appear before the Board in order to present to the Board said teacher's position. Said teacher may have an Association representative present to advise him/her and represent him/her during such appearance.
