Procedural Aspects of Aboriginal Consultation. If consultation with Aboriginal Communities is required, the Recipient agrees that: (a) the Province or Canada, or both, may delegate certain procedural aspects of the consultation to the Recipient; and (b) the Province or Canada, or both, will provide the Recipient with an initial list of the Aboriginal Communities the Recipient will consult.
