Procedure for cases of Event of Default. 3.3.1 Upon the occurrence and continuation of any Buying Entity Event of Default under Article 3.1 and 3.3, the Party affected by such occurrence shall have the right to deliver to the other Party a notice, stating its intention to terminate this Agreement (Preliminary Default Notice), which shall specify in reasonable detail, the circumstances giving rise to the issue of such notice.
