Party A Notice definition

Party A Notice refers to any of the written documents Party A sends to Party B requesting Party B to put adequate focus and take necessary actions with respect to matters relating to the investment and management of the Entrusted Assets in order to protect the interest of Party A.
Party A Notice means a notice from an Option Holder to the other Option Holder and EDBI substantially in the form set out in Appendix B;

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;

  • Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • CFIUS Notice means a joint voluntary notice with respect to the Transactions prepared by the parties hereto and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the CFIUS Statute.

  • Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).

  • Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 11.3.

  • Sales Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(i).

  • Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.

  • Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Email Notice means notice of the proposed Settlement to be provided to Settlement Class Members substantially in the form attached hereto as “Exhibit A”.

  • Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.

  • Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
