Procedure for Evaluations. The Board shall meet in Executive Session and evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent in accordance with the schedule set forth below. The Superintendent shall be entitled to meet with the Board in executive session to review the evaluation before it is completed and to provide any information that the Superintendent deems pertinent.
Procedure for Evaluations. 1. Evaluations shall be spaced throughout the course of the school year.
2. Evaluations shall be a minimum of one full class or lesson in length.
3. The observation may be preceded by a conference between the teacher and the evaluator.
