Procedure for Handling Workload Concerns. The Association and District agree to utilize the following procedures for handling concerns regarding workload (student/employee ratios, special services and chronic high needs in regular classroom) and other related problems or concerns. If there is an employee, district, or association concern regarding the workload or other concerns resulting from the student loads within five (5) days of a request, a conference will be held between at least the employee, a building administrator, and other applicable administrator and staff (i.e. special education teacher, a special services administrator, 504 Officer or counselor). The purpose of this meeting is to select appropriate alternatives to remedy the situation. Options include but are not limited to:
