GOVERNING LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 8.1 The execution, validity, interpretation, performance, implementation, termination and settlement of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of PRC.
On Reconciliation and Settlement If the year-end reconciliation and settlement process demonstrates that the HSP received Funding in excess of its confirmed funds, the LHIN will require the repayment of the excess Funding.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT 26. The Respondent agrees to the following terms of settlement:
APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 28.1 This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force from time to time in the State of Israel.
