Procedure Step One. 1. Within twenty (20) working days of the time that the grievant knew, or reasonably should have known, of the grievance, the grievant shall present the grievance to the building principal during non-teaching hours. Appendix C. 2. Within ten (10) working days after presentation of the grievance, the building principal shall orally answer the grievant.
