PROCEDURE TO SELECT, APPOINT AND MANAGE SUB-CONTRACTORS. 4.1 The Supplier shall comply with requirements under Clause 31 (Transfer and Sub- Contracting) of this Framework Agreement. 4.2 The Supplier shall ensure that it puts in place and maintains throughout the Term robust systems and procedures for the management of Sub-Contractors utilised by the Supplier in relation to the Framework Agreement, to ensure that the work carried out by such Sub-Contractor is delivered in the manner and to the standard required by this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract entered into pursuant to it. Such management systems shall include effective monitoring of service delivery and price management approaches.
