Procedures for Candidates. A. Individuals eligible under the provisions of the College Policy on Academic Rank for promotion, and who wish to be considered for promotion, shall submit a statement and supporting materials requesting consideration to the Campus Committee by October 31 of each year. At this time, the candidate shall also send duplicate copies of his request and supporting materials to his Xxxx/Director and to his Xxxx/Director for their written recommendations to be submitted to the Committee by November 30.
