Procedures for External Search and Appointment. (i) The Per Course Selection Committee shall determine by majority decision the requirements for the position in accordance with Article 11.09 (b) and (c), and the supporting documents required of candidates who wish to be considered for the position. The Chair shall communicate these requirements to Human Resources which shall generate and post advertisements in accordance with Article 11.10 (b) and 10.52(b).
