Common use of Procedures for Identification Clause in Contracts

Procedures for Identification. In the event that the Board of Directors adopts a reduced educational program by reason of financial necessity, including, but not limited to, levy failure or decreased state support, those teachers and other non-supervisory certificated employees (collectively certificated employees herein) who will be retained to implement the District’s reduced or modified program, and those who will be terminated from employment or adversely affected in contract status will be identified by using the following procedures:
