Procedures for Internal Search and Appointment. (i) Upon authorization of a Part-time position, the Department Head shall advise Human Resources to advertise internally for the position. Internal advertisements shall be open to all individuals on the Precedence List as defined in Articles 11.12(a) and 11.12 (b) and all Full-time Employees. The advertisement shall contain only the following information: the Academic Unit to which the course is assigned, the course number and description, the assigned time slots and duration, and the closing date. Human Resources shall forward copies of all advertisements to the President of the Association.
