Procedures for Payment. (1) The concerned structures, authorities and bodies of the MCS as defined in Article 10(1) and (2) of the FWA shall adopt the necessary procedures to ensure that the national authorities can fulfil their contractual commitments regardless of the delays or interruptions in funding from the Commission.
