Under this arrangement, inbound calls to a ported number will be pointed at a route index that sends the call to a dedicated trunk group, built as a direct final, for the sole purpose of facilitating completion of calls to a ported bumber. BA will coordinate with Covad to provide this solution in a mutually agreeable an administratively manageable manner (e.g. NXX level) so as to minimize switch resource utilization for both Parties.
