Procedures for Reimbursement. 1. For certifications covered under Section A.2, the bargaining unit employ- ee’s manager/ supervisor will coordinate with the bargaining unit employee for documentation as to the cost of the exam or re-certification. UVMMC will cover the cost of the exam fee through the employee’s cost center bud- get. Reimbursement will be limited to two (2) exam fees for each required certification. 2.
