Procedures in Applying Probation Condition. 1. At or about the time of the delivery of a probationary letter, the supervisor shall hold a personal conference with the employee to discuss performance deficiencies and the remedial measures to be taken. 2. At least one additional conference will be held during the probation period to evaluate the progress or lack of it made by the employee. 3. The employee may be released from probation at any time if the employee has demonstrated improvement to the satisfaction of the supervisor in those areas specifically detailed in the employee’s notice of probation. Written notice of release from probation shall be forwarded to the employee from the Superintendent or Personnel Director.
