PROCEDURES STEP ONE. Within twenty (20) working days of the time that the grievant knows, or reasonably should have known of the alleged contract violation or misinterpretation, the grievant shall present the grievance to the building principal. Within three working days after the presentation of the grievance, the building principal shall orally answer the grievant. A. Within (10) working days of the oral answer, if the grievance is not resolved, the grievance shall be stated in writing, signed by the grievant and submitted to the building principal on the form mutually agreed upon by the Board and the Association. The proper grievance report form is attached to this agreement as Appendix D. B. The grievant shall (1) name the employee involved, (2) state the facts giving rise to the grievance, (3) identify the specific provisions of the Agreement alleged to be violated,
