PROCEEDINGS AT SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING. Except as otherwise set out in this Schedule the provisions of clause 5 shall apply to the holding of any special general meeting called for the purposes of considering a Special Resolution and the meeting shall be conducted accordingly.
