Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing in Clause 47.1(b) (Courts) shall (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Finance Parties or any of them to take Proceedings against any of the Obligors other than the US Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable Law.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. The submissions to the jurisdiction of the courts of England shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Finance Parties or any of them to take Proceedings against any of the Parties in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable Law.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing in Clause 18.1 (Courts of England) shall (and nor shall it be construed so as to) limit the right of the Finance Parties to take Proceedings against the Company in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in anyone or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit the right of the Lender in respect of any such dispute, to take proceedings against any Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing in this Clause 19 shall limit the right of the Arranger in respect of any such dispute, to take proceedings against the Guarantor, each Head Lessee or any Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. If the Senior Agent gives such notice, the Dispute(s) to which such notice refers shall be determined in accordance with 29.4 (Courts of England).
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing in this Clause 10 shall (nor shall it be construed so as to) limit the right of the parties to this Deed to take Proceedings against the other party in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Nothing contained in this Clause shall (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Mortgagee to take Proceedings against the Owner in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 13.2, the Company has the right to bring Proceedings in the courts of any other country having jurisdiction under its own laws to hear such Proceedings.
Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in Clause 28.1 shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Agent or the Lenders to take proceedings against the Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
