Process for Amending the Contract. Either party may propose changes in this Contract or may propose a meeting to discuss potential revision of this Contract. Except as provided in Sections 2.3, 5.2 and 6.11, the University Board delegates to its University President the review and approval of changes or amendments to this Contract. The Academy Board may delegate the same authority to the Academy Board President. The Contract shall be amended upon agreement and approval of the respective authorized designees.
