Vendor shall not impose or enforce any non-competition agreement upon the employees included in Vendor’s bid that would prevent those employees from accepting any offer of employment from the State of North Carolina outside of the first Term of the Contract.
The District may exercise the options contained in the "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract" clause of this contract by providing the written notice as required by the clause.
