Process for Demonstration of Candidate Experience Sample Clauses

Process for Demonstration of Candidate Experience. Prior to selection for interview, candidates must answer pre-screening questions during the application process which are specific to demonstrated experience for the posted job. Affirmative responses must be received on all job requirements (i.e. education, certification, experience) before a candidate can be pre-screened by Human Resources. Following pre-screening by Human Resources, candidates are forwarded to the appropriate IT expert / JET executive for the technical interview. During this interview, we review the candidate’s educational background, depth and breadth of experience, how that experience applies to the position, and any skills and abilities which may bring additional value to the Customer. If desired, the customer will then conduct their own phone or face-to-face interview with the candidate to further verify candidate experience. Once approved, JET will extend a contingent offer of employment and then initiate the background screening process.
