Customer acknowledges and agrees that any Processing of Personal Data related to the Service shall be governed by Illumina Data Processing Addendum for Cloud Services and Tech Support and Maintenance Services (“DPA”), as updated or amended from time to time. Customer agrees that Illumina Privacy Policy, as updated or amended from time to time, describes how Illumina Processes Personal Data for the execution and performance of this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for providing relevant Data Subjects (e.g., signatories, representatives, employees) with Illumina Privacy Policy.
