Processing Payment Requests. Upon receipt of a Payment Request (and all accompanying documents), the City Manager or his designee shall conduct a review in order to confirm that such request is complete, that such Acquisition Facility identified therein was constructed in accordance with the Plans therefore, and to verify and approve the Actual Cost of such Acquisition Facility specified in such Payment Request. The City Manager or his designee shall also conduct such review as is required in his/her discretion to confirm the matters certified in the Payment Request. Owner agrees to cooperate with the City Manager or his designee in conducting each such review and to provide the City Manager or his designee with such additional information and documentation as is reasonably necessary for the City Manager or his designee to conclude each such review. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of any Payment Request, the City Manager or his designee expects to review the request for completeness and notify Owner whether such Payment Request is complete, and, if not, what additional documentation must be provided. If such Payment Request is complete, the City Manager or his designee expects to provide a written approval or denial (specifying the reason for any denial) of the request within 30 days of its submittal. If a Payment Request seeking reimbursement for more than one Acquisition Facility is denied, the City Manager or his designee shall state whether the Payment Request is nevertheless approved and complete for any one or more Acquisition Facilities and any such Acquisition Facilities shall be processed for payment under Section 8(f) notwithstanding such partial denial.

Processing Payment Requests. Within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of any Payment Request, the Director will review the request for completeness and notify the Developer whether such Payment Request is complete, and, if not, the Director will provide in reasonable detail a description of what additional documentation must be provided. Within thirty (30) days following receipt of a complete Payment Request (and all accompanying documentation), the Director will (a) conduct a review in order to confirm that the Facility or Discrete Component identified therein was constructed in accordance with the Plans therefor, and to verify and approve the Actual Cost of such Facility or Discrete Component specified in such Payment Request; (b) confirm the matters certified in the Payment Request; and (c) provide a written approval or denial (specifying in reasonable detail the reason for any denial and the corrective action or actions needed to eliminate the factor or factors giving rise to the denial) of the request. The Developer agrees to cooperate with the Director in conducting each such review and to provide the Director with such additional information and documentation as is reasonably necessary for the Director to conclude each such review. If a Payment Request seeking reimbursement for more than one Facility or Discrete Component is denied, the Director shall state whether the Payment Request is nevertheless approved and complete for any one or more Facilities or Discrete Components and any such Facilities or Discrete Components shall be processed for payment under Section 5.05 notwithstanding such partial denial.

  • Stop Payment Requests If you desire to stop any transfer that has already been processed, you must contact customer care for the Service pursuant to Section 22 of the General Terms.   • Stop Payment Request You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon or ACH debit scheduled from your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order. For ACH debits, the stop payment order must be received at least three (3) banking days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the number of the account, date, and the exact amount of the check or item and the number of the check or originator of the ACH debit. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, the Credit Union will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. If the stop payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we recredit your account after paying a check over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check to the Credit Union, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the person.

  • Payment request The Contractor shall ensure a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.216-7, Allowable Cost and Payment, as applicable.

  • Reimbursement Requests This is a cost-reimbursement Agreement. Disbursement of funds under this Agreement may be requested only for necessary, reasonable, and allowable costs described in PART B, and for which the Subrecipient has made payment during the period of performance set forth in Section 2.1 above. The City agrees to reimburse the Subrecipient for such costs, and payment shall be made upon receipt of a request for reimbursement form (PART C) accompanied by a monthly accomplishment report from the Subrecipient specifying the services performed and expenses incurred. All requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by two sets of documentation: 1) case file data which confirms eligibility of the clients on whose behalf payments have been made; and 2) documentation of payment for eligible expenses (i.e., invoices, receipts, bills from vendors, copies of checks, time sheets, etc.), copies of checks from other grants etc.) received and expended, and other supporting documentation. Supporting documentation must be accompanied by an agency payment voucher providing this information and a copy of the signed check with which the payment was made. Requests for reimbursement must be received by the 15th day of the month following the month during which the expense was paid.

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.
