Common use of Processor’s duties Clause in Contracts

Processor’s duties. (1) The Processor may correct, adjust, cancel or restrict the processing of data that is processed under the contract only on, and in accordance with, a properly documented instruction given by the Controller. If and to the extent that, in this respect, a data subject contacts the Processor directly, the Processor will pass this request on to the Controller without undue delay.
