Buyer’s Duties. No later than the Application Deadline referenced in Section 24(a), Buyer shall apply for the Loan. "Loan Application"occurs only when Buyer has: (i) completed, signed, and delivered to the lender (the "Lender") the initial loan application and documentation required by the Lender; and (ii) paid all loan application fees as required by the Lender. Buyer agrees to diligently work to obtain the Loan. Buyer will promptly provide the Lender with any additional documentation as required by the Lender.
Buyer’s Duties. (a) To complete the Buyer's Information Checklist which will provide Buyer's specifications for the real estate Buyer is seeking.
Buyer’s Duties. Buyer shall: (a) work exclusively with Firm during the term of this Agreement; (b) pay Firm, directly or indirectly, the compensation set forth above; (c) comply with the reasonable requests of Firm to supply any pertinent financial or personal data needed to fulfill the terms of this Agreement; (d) be available for reasonable periods of time to examine properties; and

If Seller has refused to correct the major defect or a negotiated agreement to correct major defects is not agreed to, then Buyer must notify Seller in writing within 5 calendar days of receiving Seller's notice whether Buyer will (a): accept Property with the defect and no reduction of price or (b): declare the Agreement null and void with all deposit money being returned to Buyer. Buyer's failure to provide written notice shall result in this Agreement becoming null and void and all deposit money shall be returned to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Buyer’s Duties. BUYER agrees to work exclusively with BROKER during the term of this agreement. BUYER agrees to conduct all negotiations with the knowledge and assistance of BROKER. BUYER agrees to cooperate with BROKER by providing relevant personal and financial information and to cooperate in scheduling and attending showings. BUYER agrees to advise BROKER of any interest in purchase or lease of real property about which BUYER was previously advised by any other person. BUYER shall provide any lender's letter of pre-approval or pre-qualification to BROKER within seven (7) days of receipt. BUYER agrees not to attend any open house without advance notice and approval of BROKER and agrees to advise each listing broker at each open house of BUYER'S agency relationship with BROKER. BUYER represents that BUYER is not subject to any earlier agency agreement with any other broker or any protection period. BUYER understands that this agreement does not relieve BUYER of the duty to exercise due diligence for BUYER'S own protection, including the duty to investigate any information of importance to the BUYER.
Buyer’s Duties. BUYER shall provide accurate and relevant personal information to Xxxxx’s Agent regarding Xxxxx’s financial ability to purchase real estate. Advice Buyer’s Agent of ANY home offered for sale to Buyer where Xxxxx may have an interest in purchasing such property. Submit through Buyer’s Agent, any offer to purchase or contract on a property which was shown to buyer by Xxxxx’s Agent. Buyer will notify Agent of any home of interest that Buyer might see on public MLS sites, public real estate sites and public open houses. Buyer will disclose our relationship to all parties with due diligence.
