Common use of Procurement and Property Management Clause in Contracts

Procurement and Property Management. The Subcontractor shall establish and administer a system to procure, control, protect, preserve, use, maintain, and dispose of any property furnished to it by the Subgrantee or purchased pursuant to this agreement in accordance with its own procurement and property management procedures, provided that the procedures are not in conflict with (1) the Department's procurement and property management standards and (2) the federal procurement and property management standards provided by 2 CFR §§ 200.310-.316, 200.318-.324.
