Common use of Procurement from UN Agencies Clause in Contracts

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured in accordance with the provisions of 3.9 of the Guidelines.

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from the Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from the Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office of the United Nations in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

Procurement from UN Agencies. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract 50,000 as specified in the Procurement Plan may be procured from UNDP’s Inter-Agency Procurement Service Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.9 of the Guidelines.

Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 or less equivalent per contract may be procured directly from the United Nations Development Programme’s Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

(a) Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 50,000 equivalent per contract contract, or goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 and which cannot be grouped into bid packages of $100,000 or more, may be procured from the Inter Agency Procurement Services Office of the United Nations in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.9 of the Guidelines.
