Procuring Agency’s Right to Accept or Reject. All Bids i) As per rule 35 of PPR-14, the Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject all Bids or proposals (and to annul the Bidding process) at any time prior to the acceptance of any Bid or proposal, without thereby incurring any liability towards the Bidders. ii) The Bidders shall be promptly informed about the rejection of the Bids, if any iii) The Procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any Bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all Bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
