Common use of Produce Sources Clause in Contracts

Produce Sources. Producers may purchase up to 40% of the Produce from the Region. The Director may approve a Producer’s request to purchase up to 10% of Produce that cannot be grown in the Region as flavoring in juice (e.g. lemon or ginger in apple juice). Upon request of customers or Greenmarket Personnel, Producers must make available lists of ingredients and source farms of ingredients.
