Common use of Product and Service Offering Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Offering. The Contractor is authorized to provide the Products listed below:  Networking  Routers, Switches, Security, and Storage Networking  Wireless  Value Added Services are permitted under this PA to the extent they do not overlap with services offered through a state term contract. If the service(s) are offered through a state term contract, agency customers are obligated use the state term contract(s) to purchase the service(s).
