Product Benefits. 2.1 From time to time Product Benefits may be made available to you. Each Product Benefit is subject to its own conditions and changes will be notified to you. You will be given a copy of any additional conditions when you take out the Product Benefit. We may terminate any Product Benefit on the closure of your Account. 2.2 If we provide a new service or facility in connection with an Account we may introduce a new charge for providing you with that service or facility.
Product Benefits. MBPI shall be solely responsible for administering and paying all benefits under the Products. Company shall have no authority to adjudicate, settle, compromise, or pay any benefits under the Products. In the event a Customer attempts to make a claim under a Product directly with Company, Company shall instruct the Customer to follow the claims reporting instructions set forth in the Product Form and shall provide all reasonable and necessary cooperation and assistance to the Customer. Furthermore, Company acknowledges that certain VSC claim payments for outside parts and sublet repairs may be based on cost plus a predetermined percent markup with a cap. The Company should contact MBPI to receive the predetermined percent markup information and cap before incurring any outside parts or sublet repair obligations.

  • Specific Benefits Without limiting the generality of Section 3.3, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation of not less than the greater of (a) 20 business days per year or (b) the number of paid business vacation days provided to other senior executives of the Company (to be taken at reasonable times in accordance with the Company’s policies). Any accrued vacation not taken during any year may be carried forward to subsequent years; provided, that the Executive may not carry forward more than ten business days of unused vacation in any one year.

  • Outplacement Benefits The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, receive outplacement assistance and services at the Company’s expense for a period of two (2) years following the Date of Termination. These services will be provided by a national firm selected by the Company whose primary business is outplacement assistance. Notwithstanding the above, if the Executive accepts employment with another employer, these outplacement benefits shall cease on the date of such acceptance.

  • Group Benefits To determine if a leave under the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act will be a paid or unpaid leave, contact the District’s Human Resources Department.

  • Employment Benefits In addition to the Salary payable to the Executive hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Unemployment Benefits The Company will not oppose the Executive’s claim for unemployment insurance benefits.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Standard Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs, including paid vacations, generally available to other similarly situated Company executives, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
