Product Complaints and Adverse Event Reports. Integrator will ensure that End User reports all End User complaints regarding the HealthPresence Products promptly to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center, using the keyword “HealthPresence.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Integrator becomes aware of an event involving a death or serious injury that may have been caused by a HealthPresence Product or a failure of the HealthPresence Products to meet performance specifications or otherwise fail to perform in accordance with their intended use such that there is a risk of potential death or serious injury to a user, patient or other person in close proximity to the HealthPresence Product (an “Event Requiring Notice to Cisco”), Integrator shall provide written notification to Cisco of an Event Requiring Notice to Cisco within twenty-four
