Common use of Product Data Clause in Contracts

Product Data. 5.2.1 Where manufacturer's publications in the form of catalogs, brochures, illustrations, or other data sheets are submitted in lieu of prepared shop drawings, such submission shall specifically indicate the particular item offered. Identification of such items and relative pertinent information shall be made with indelible ink. Submissions showing only general information will not be accepted. 5.2.2 Product data shall include materials of construction, dimensions, performance, characteristics, capacities, piping, controls, etc.
