Design data. Buyer may, on a periodic basis, submit or enter into the Products or Software design files and models (“Design Data”). Buyer retains all right, title and interest in and to the Design Data. Subject to the foregoing, Buyer hereby grants to Desktop Metal a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to access and use the Design Data for the limited purposes of performing Desktop Metal’s obligations under this Agreement in connection with the Products, Software, and/or Services. Desktop Metal will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Design Data against unauthorized access, accidental loss or damage, and unauthorized destruction. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Desktop Metal has no obligation to back-up or retain Design Data, nor will Desktop Metal have any liability for any loss or corruption of Design Data.
Design data. Drawings Drawings shall show the following as a minimum:
Design data. The Contractor shall provide the Instrument design, test, and verification data outlined in the following paragraphs.
5.3.1 Requirements Verification Plan (CDIL D-4) The Contractor shall develop and maintain an Instrument Requirements Verification Plan. The plan will address the verification approach for each system level requirement in the Instrument Specification to include verification method (e.g. test, analysis, etc.), verification level (e.g. component, subsystem, system), and documentation approach. DigitalGlobe approval is required for the verification plan. The Contractor will provide the initial plan at CDR.
5.3.2 Instrument Level Requirements Verification / Compliance Matrix (CDIL D-5) The Contractor shall develop and maintain a Requirements Verification/Compliance Matrix (RVCM) including the following information for the Instrument Specification:
a. Specification paragraph
b. Paragraph title
c. Summary description of requirement
d. Column indicating status of compliance
e. Summary description of budgeted and measured performance, including margin
f. Verification Level [**Redacted**]
g. Verification Point [**Redacted**]
h. Verification Method [**Redacted**]
i. Verification Source Document indicating applicable paragraph, test sheet, etc.
j. Comments, if required.
k. Other information at the Contractor’s option The Contractor shall update the RVCM at CDR, and monthly beginning at the first component Acceptance Test Procedure through Instrument Final Acceptance. DigitalGlobe Proprietary and Confidential Use or disclosure of data is subject to the restriction on the title page of this document.

5.3.3. Material test data A detailed description of the materials and tolerances of the materials properties used in the design shall be provided. Test data shall also be presented characterizing the mechanical properties and the suitability of the materials for service under the conditions specified in paragraph 4.
5.3.4. Design qualification test data The cylinder material, design, manufacture and examination shall be provided to be adequate for their intended service by meeting the requirements of the tests required for the particular cylinder design, when tested in accordance with the relevant methods of test detailed in appendix A to this annex. The test data shall also document the dimensions, wall thicknesses and weights of each of the test cylinders. E/ECE/324 Rev.2/Add.109 Regulation No. 110 page 54 Annex 3
Design data. A. Submit (1) printed and (1) electronic PDF data for the Design Agent’s knowledge as contract administrator for the Owner.
B. Submit information for the limited purpose of assessing conformance with the information given and the design concept expressed in the Contract Documents.
Design data. Basic Design Data is included in this Section. The Tenderer is Responsible for Design and Construction of Underpass strictly in accordance with Codal Provisions of IRC and Specifications of MoRT&H.
Design data. Calculations compiled by an engineer or other licensed professional registered in the State where the Project is located, for the Contractor to document the performance characteristics of a building system or building component.
Design data. In performance of its obligations hereunder, Seller shall be entitled to rely on the Product Specifications and other data and information provided by Buyer to Seller, PROVIDED that Buyer shall have no liability to Seller for the Product Specifications or any other data or information that Buyer may have provided to Seller or may hereafter provide to Seller in connection with any Change Order or otherwise (the "BUYER INFORMATION"). Seller's sole remedy in respect of any change to or the insufficiency of any Buyer Information shall be to a Change Order in respect of the Product Specifications, to which Seller shall be entitled as provided in Article 5.
