Product Images and Descriptions. From and after the Launch Date, the Operator will be responsible for all applicable product images and descriptions for Licensed Merchandise to be sold by the Operator or its Affiliates through the Institution Online Store [OPTION II: and other E-Commerce Sites in Operator’s Network], subject to and incorporating the specific terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, within a commercially reasonable period of time prior to the Launch Date, the Institution will provide to the Operator, and the Operator and its Affiliates may use, all product images and descriptions for Institution Sourced Merchandise then in the possession or control of the Institution or its Affiliates.
