Product Prices. The purchase price per unit of Product to be paid by ISTA to BLP shall be in accordance with the terms of the price schedule set forth in Appendix A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as adjusted pursuant to Section 4.B. below. Prices for Product sold to ISTA during the Term are F.O.B. BLP's shipping point located in Tampa, Florida.
