Spare Engines. Spare Engine prices will be quoted as base prices, subject to escalation using the appropriate GE Engine escalation provisions then in effect. The appropriate GE escalation provisions will be set forth in each applicable letter agreement to this Agreement. No change to such escalation provisions will apply to Airline until GE provides Airline at least ninety (90) days prior written notice.
Spare Engines. Spare Engine prices will be quoted as base prices, subject to escalation using the appropriate CFM Engine escalation provisions then in effect. The appropriate CFM escalation provisions will be set forth in each applicable Letter Agreement to this Agreement. No change to such escalation provisions will apply to Customer until CFM provides Customer at least [*] calendar days prior written notice.
Spare Engines. To support the Incremental Aircraft, Spirit shall acquire, by purchase or lease from IAE, two (2) Incremental Spare Engines, which are incremental to the Original Spare Engines. Spirit will decide whether to purchase or lease from IAE the two (2) Incremental Spare Engines,
Spare Engines. Spare Engine prices will be as set forth in the applicable Letter Agreement to this Agreement, subject to escalation using the appropriate CFM Engine escalation provisions then in effect as provided in such Letter Agreement. The appropriate CFM escalation provisions will be set forth in each applicable Letter Agreement to this Agreement. If CFM is late in delivering a Spare Engine (whether or not due to Excusable Delay), the Spare Engine price shall not escalate beyond the originally scheduled delivery date.
Spare Engines. 3.1 Exhibit E-1 Schedule 1 Spare Engine Delivery Schedule to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by Appendix 2 to this Amendment.
Spare Engines. CAM shall make commercially reasonable efforts to make one or more General Electric CF6-80A engines that it owns available to DHL, and other airlines performing services for DHL, from time to time on a short-term basis for use in support of DHL’s network. The use of such engines shall be subject to reasonable and customary lease terms, provided that the rent for the first such engine shall be limited to an engine block hour rate that is equal to 50% of the Variable Block Hour Rate then in effect under this Agreement.
Spare Engines. Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx warrants to Buyer that, at the time Spare Engines are delivered to Buyer, Xxxxx & Whitney is the owner of the Spare Engines or otherwise fully empowered to provide the Spare Engines for Buyer's temporary use in accordance with this Agreement.
Spare Engines. As of the Effective Date, Mesaba’s fleet operated pursuant to this Agreement consists of seventeen (17) CRJ-200 Canadair Regional Jet aircraft and two (2) Extra Aircraft. In addition, each of Pinnacle and Mesaba has been provided with the use of two (2) QECs (one left side with neutral and one right side with neutral) in connection with the provision of Regional Airline Services pursuant to this Agreement.
Spare Engines. Spare engines, such engine being a jet propulsion aircraft engine with at least 1,750 pounds of thrust or the equivalent thereof, identified as follows:
