Common use of Product Scope Clause in Contracts

Product Scope. ‌ 3.2.1 Product categories The Voluntary Agreement covers imaging equipment belonging to one of the following product categories that have been reviewed in the ErP Lot 4 preparatory study: • Copiers • Multifunction Devices (MFDs) • Printers • Fax machines. 3.2.2 Marking technologies This Agreement is limited to the following marking technologies: • Electrophotography (EP) • Inkjet (IJ), including high performance IJ • Solid Ink (SI).
