Common use of Product Suitability Clause in Contracts

Product Suitability. Determination of the suitability of the Products for the uses and applications contemplated by the Buyer and others shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Company makes no representations or warranties with respect to their suitability for any use for which the Buyer may intend them. The Company makes no warranty or guarantee of the results to be obtained since the conditions of the use and application by the Buyer and others may vary and are beyond the Company’s control.
