Product Traceability Requirements. Supplier shall establish and maintain procedures and processes for the identification and lot traceability of critical Product items during all stages of production, delivery, and installation per applicable ISO & EIA standards. Supplier will maintain both forward and backward traceability capabilities and ensure that its response time for traceability requests from Buyer does not exceed twenty-four (24) hours.
