Product Upgrades. During the Term of this Agreement, all patches, fixes, standard new releases and new versions of the Services made available by TradeBlock to its customers generally during the Term (collectively, “Standard Upgrades”) will be provided to Company at no additional charge. Non-standard upgrades and optional product enhancements specific to the Company (collectively, “Enhancements”), such as separate TradeBlock products, integration work, customization and non-standard features, may be made available for an additional fee as set forth on the applicable Order Form.
